Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24-hour notice for any late cancellations or changes. Late cancellations incur a 100% fee. Your appointment is exclusive to you,  a late cancellation or missed appointment is a loss of income for your therapist and it impacts our ability to stay in business, we appreciate your consideration.  

Payment Information

A credit card is required to secure your appointment, but this is only to ensure the booking and to enforce our cancellation policy if necessary. After your treatment, you can choose to pay using various methods, including Interac debit, cash, e-transfer, or credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Credit card processing fees apply. For a small business like ours, these fees can quickly add up and eat into our already tight profit margins. ICBC & WCB claims are NOT accepted

Direct Billing Insurance claims

While we offer the courtesy of direct billing to your insurance company, please note that we do not have access to the details of your policy. If your coverage differs from your expectations or if your claim is denied, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly for more information. We are able to direct bill the following companies:

We do not tolerate abuse and reserve the right to refuse service.
At Tula, we are dedicated to providing wellness and positive experiences for all our clients. However, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this standard. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, our business policies are in place to ensure we can continue operating smoothly and sustainably. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
