A New Flow - Booking Yoga Classes on Mindbody

At Tula Massage and Yoga, we want to make your journey toward balance and well-being as effortless as possible. That’s why we use the Mindbody booking system, a simple and convenient way for you to reserve your spot in our yoga classes. Follow the steps below to get started!





How to Re-Register Your Account on Mindbody

We’re thrilled to have you with us as we make the switch to the Mindbody booking system! If you’re an existing member transitioning from our previous system (Vagaro), follow the steps below to re-register your email and continue enjoying your classes seamlessly.


Step 1: Look for Our Email

  1. Check Your Inbox:

    • You should have received an email from us with instructions to "Authenticate Your Account."

    • Open the email and click on the provided link to set up your Mindbody account.

  2. Didn’t Receive the Email?

    • Check your spam or junk folder, just in case it landed there.

    • If you can’t find it, skip to Step 2 to reset your password manually.


Step 2: Reset Your Password

  1. Visit the Mindbody App or Website:

  2. Enter Your Email Address:

    • Use the same email address you’ve always used for your Tula Massage and Yoga account.

  3. Click "Forgot Password":

    • Tap the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

    • You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. Follow the prompts to create a new password.

  4. Log In and Verify:

    • Once your password is reset, log in to your account.

    • Confirm your profile details and ensure everything looks correct.


Step 3: Book Your Classes

Now that your account is re-registered, you’re all set! Browse the schedule, purchase pass options, reserve your favourite classes, and enjoy the ease of our new system.

Creating Your Account

Step 1: Create Your Account via the Mindbody App


  1. Download the Mindbody App:

    • Available for free on iOS and Android. Once downloaded, open the app.

  1. Search for Tula Massage and Yoga:

    • In the app’s search bar, type "Tula Massage and Yoga."

    • Select our studio from the list of results.

  2. Create an Account:

    • If you're new, tap "Sign Up" and fill in your details (name, email, and password).

    • If you already have an account, simply log in with your email and password.


Step 2: Browse Our Schedule

  1. View Classes:

    • Once you’re logged in, tap on the "Classes" tab to see our full schedule.

    • You’ll find all upcoming sessions, including yoga styles, times, and instructors.

  2. Filter by Preferences:

    • Use the filters to sort classes by date, instructor, or class type.


Step 3: Sign Up for a Class

  1. Select Your Class:

    • Tap on the class you’d like to attend.

    • Review the description to ensure it matches your needs and skill level.

  2. Reserve Your Spot:

    • Tap "Book Now."

    • If the class requires payment, follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

  3. Get a Confirmation:

    • Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and see your class under the "My Schedule" tab in the app.


Step 4: Manage Your Bookings

  • Cancel or Reschedule:

    • Need to change your plans? Go to "My Schedule," select the class, and tap "Cancel."

    • Check our cancellation policy to avoid fees.

  • Add to Your Calendar:

    • Sync your class schedule with your phone’s calendar so you never miss a session.
