We are returning to the Mindbody booking system on December 2nd, 2024!
Please register and sign up for class online (below) before class. This helps us save time and resources, allowing our staff to better serve all clients and provide a smoother experience for everyone.

Arrive Early

Please arrive before the class start time. Once it starts you will forfeit the class.

Bring Your Mat

Bring your practice mat or rent one for $3.50.

We provide all the props!

Yoga Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to two hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows will deduct a class or incur a $20 fee. Students are responsible for managing their accounts and cancellations online.

Expiration Dates

We do our best to be transparent and help make informed decisions by listing the expiry dates along with the prices. Please make sure you have taken this into consideration before your purchase.
